Service Agreement

Contract Terms

  • Monthly service fees are payable in advance

  • 30-day notice required for cancellation after minimum term

Customer Responsibilities

Service Speed

While we strive to deliver the advertised speeds, actual speeds may vary due to factors including:

  • Network congestion
  • Distance from exchange
  • Home setup and equipment
  • Website/server limitations

Payment Terms

  • Monthly payments via Direct Debit
  • Late payment fees may apply
  • Service may be suspended for non-payment
  • Price changes will be notified in advance

Termination

We may terminate service if:

  • Terms of service are breached
  • Payment is consistently late
  • Service is used for illegal activities
  • False information is provided

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to customers with appropriate notice.
